The fine print

This is a demonstration storefront. Checkout, payments, reviews, inventory, and subscriptions are illustrative only — no real transactions occur and no personal data is collected or stored.

Shipping & delivery

We roast to order and ship within 24 hours of roasting, Monday through Friday. Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days via carbon-neutral ground shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $45; a flat $5 rate applies below that. Subscriptions always ship free. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns & the Fresh Promise

Because coffee is roasted fresh for each order, we can’t restock it. Our 30-day Fresh Promise means if you don’t love a bag, we’ll replace it or refund it — no need to ship it back. Unopened brewing gear may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email hello@emberway.example to start a claim.

Subscriptions

Subscribe-and-save orders renew on the cadence you choose and can be skipped, swapped, paused, or cancelled at any time from your account with no fees. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. (In this demo, subscription management is illustrative.)

Pricing & promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The 15% subscribe-and-save discount applies to eligible coffee only and cannot be combined with certain promotions. Compare-at prices reflect a former or non-discounted price.

Terms of service

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse our content, trademarks, or imagery. Product photography and descriptions are provided as-is and may differ slightly from what arrives. Emberway Coffee Roasters is not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

This template ships without a finished privacy policy. Before launch, Emberway Coffee Roasters should publish a reviewed policy covering what data is collected at checkout and signup, how it is used and retained, payment processing, cookies/analytics, and customer rights.
